Some of you might have noticed that you don’t receive emails from our website.
Microsoft and AT&T-related emails are blocking our email due to our IP being fairly new, we have contacted them and are waiting for a response.
We are going over temporary solutions with our team, while we wait for response from Microsoft and AT&T. However, as a quick fix solution, create a gmail account (it’s FREE!) and sign up with that to ensure mail deliverability (alternatively you can submit a ticket and let us know your username/original email and your new email and we’ll change it for you). We will make an announcement when our emails are processed by Microsoft and AT&T.
